چکیده

The previous studies on the RGD motif (aa403-405) within SARS CoV-2 spike (S) protein receptor binding domain (RBD) suggest that integrin(s) may play an important role in infection of host cells. We also discussed possible two other integrin motifs are present S protein: LDI (aa585-587) and ECD (661-663), used by some viruses course infection. MultiFOLD models for structure analysis have shown is clearly accessible protein, whereas partially accessible. Furthermore, amino acids Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) gp42 playing very to HLA-DRB1 molecule subsequent immune response evasion, heptad repeat-2. Our model analyses these surface each chain as monomers homotrimer complex bind β chain. Therefore, they identical evasion EBV prediction MHC class II peptides core 9-mer peptide IRGDEVRQI HLA-DRB1*03:01 HLA-DRB3*01.01 strong 15-mer suggesting be potential epitope. Accordingly, infected or positive individuals develop high affinity anti-RGD antibodies react with proteins, like fibrinogen, thrombin von Willebrand factor, affecting haemostasis participating autoimmune disorders.

Evolutionary Analysis of Mammalian ACE2 and the Key Residues Involved in Binding to the Spike Protein Revealed Potential SARS-CoV-2 Hosts

Introduction: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spilled over to humans via wild mammals, entering the host cell using angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as receptor through Spike (S) protein binding. While SARS-CoV-2 became fully adapted to humans and globally spread, some mammal species were infected back. The present study evaluated the potential risk of mammals...

Angiotensin-Converting Enzymes, the Key Components in the Pathogenesis of COVID-19 Infection and their Role in the Interaction of SARS-Cov-2 with Human Host Cells

Introduction: Over the past 20 years, seven coronaviruses have caused more or less severe respiratory diseases in humans. Among these, the most important ones are SARS-CoV and the coronavirus, a similar virus that has created a pandemic called Covid-19 since 2019, belonging to the b-category of beta-coronaviruses called Sarbecovirus. This virus is due to a kind of spike-like structure to the A...

A review of coronaviruses focusing on SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) the cause of COVID-19

Coronaviruses, enveloped positive single-stranded RNA viruses, have become significant pathogens for humans and other vertebrates since the outbreak of SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) in 2002 in China. These viruses could infect the respiratory tract of humans and other animals. The outbreaks of SARS and MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome), which Bats are thought to be the origin o...
